Returns Policy

We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The process is slightly different for physical shipments and download orders:

Physical Orders

For CDs, books, or other shipped items, please return the product within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price (shipping and handling are non-refundable).

Download Orders

For software downloads, we require a signed Certificate of Destruction. This form confirms that the software has been uninstalled and will not be used further. Simply download the certificate, print and sign it, then return it to us by mail or email (orders@rootsmagic.com) within 30 days.
